索安迪,博士,中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所博士后。2024年毕业于南京林业大学,获工学博士学位。2024年加入中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所,主要从事针对重大慢性代谢性疾病的预防与治疗,开展天然/海洋医药活性物质筛选、作用机制阐释。近年来在Food Chemistry, International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等期刊发表多篇SCI和EI论文。博士期间,曾多次获得南京林业大学学业奖学金一等奖、2023.11获得南京林业大学“三好学生标兵”称号、多次参加国际/国内学术会议。
