徐勇兵,博士,中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所博士后。2024年毕业于中国科学院大学,获理学博士学位。2024年加入中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所,主要从事针对重大慢性代谢性疾病的预防与治疗,开展天然来源的功能性成分筛选研究。近年来在Food Frontiers, Food Reviews International, Antioxidants等期刊发表论文10余篇,申请专利3项。博士期间,曾获得博士研究生国家奖学金、中国科学院武汉分院院长奖学金和中国科学院地奥奖学金二等奖,多次参加国际/国内学术会议。
