个人简介:
张莹莹,博士,中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所高级工程师。2021年毕业于南京农业大学动物科技学院,获农学博士学位。2021-2023年在江苏省农业科学院农产品质量安全与营养研究所进行博士后研究。2024年加入中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所,主要从事针对重大慢性疾病的预防与治疗,开展天然/海洋生物活性物质的筛选、功效探究和产品转化。近年来发表论文10余篇,其中以第一作者分别于mSystems、Frontiers in Microbiology、Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture等国际期刊发表SCI论文7篇。作为项目负责人主持江苏省卓越博士后计划1项(已结题),作为核心成员参与国家自然科学基金面上项目2项(在研)。
