丛凯平,博士,中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所与慈溪市人民医院联培博士后。2024年毕业于南京林业大学,获工学博士学位。2024年加入慈溪市人民医院工作,主要从事生物活性物质分离及其调控慢病机制研究、生物信息学、林源食品采后生理与贮藏保鲜。近年来在Postharvest Biology and Technology等SCI期刊发表多篇高水平论文。
