丛凯平,博士,中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所博士后。2024年毕业于南京林业大学,获工学博士学位。2024年加入中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所,主要从事生物活性物质分离及其调控慢病机制研究、生物信息学、林源食品采后生理与贮藏保鲜。近年来在Postharvest Biology and Technology等期刊发表多篇SCI和EI论文。博士期间,曾多次获得南京林业大学奖学金、“优秀学生”等荣誉称号、多次参加国际/国内学术会议。
